What are my options if the services of CCLI are not available in my country?
Without a CCLI license, you can still download our charts. However, once you have the charts, you need permission from the publisher to use the song in a congregational setting. You can certainly contact the publisher directly if the services of CCLI are not available to you. It is your responsibility to oblige the copyright laws. PraiseCharts has the ability to grant permission to use certain songs for which they control copyright administration. Outside of that, we are not in a position to grant copyright permissions. Remember that without a CCLI number or direct permission, you are not legally allowed to copy the music, or to sing the lyrics, or to print the lyrics for anyone else to sing. Basically, without a CCLI number or other similar blanket license, you can only use the music for personal use in your own home. Find out about copyright compliance at http://www.ccli.com/ You can contact the major publishers using the information below: Integrity Music1000 Cody RdMobile, Al 36695-3499USAJenniferD@integinc.comEMI Christian Music GroupPO Box 5085Brentwood, TN 37024-5085USAVMassey@emicmg.comHillsong MusicPO Box 1195Castle Hill, NSW 1765Australiaalison.brown@hillsong.com Music Services5409 Maryland Way Suite 200Brentwood, TN 37027mark@musicservices.org
