Why won't my Credit Card work?

We are a Canadian Company, and often cards have international security features. Call the 1-800 number on the back of the card, and ask them to allow international purchases from PraiseCharts. While you are on the phone with the credit card company, also verify the three digit number on the back of your card, to make sure that the security number on your card is the number in their system. On occasion when you are sent a new card, their system doesn't get updated with the new three digit number on the back of your new card. This should solve your problem, and you can then retry your purchase.
